Tim works primarily in the areas of wills and estates and succession planning. He has previously worked in both private legal practice as well as ‘in house’ as a solicitor and state manager for a major national trustee company. He has a particular interest in estate planning and works closely with financial advisers and accountants to achieve desired planning outcomes for his clients and is well regarded within those professions. He also acts for litigants in disputed estates where disputes cannot be resolved by negotiated settlement.
Tim has been a member of the Law Society of South Australia since 2003 and is also a member of the Tax Institute of Australia.
